Interesting - two first time posters to the forum. And "purpletiger" is an account crated in 2005 that has never found or placed a cache.

I'm guessing so. Might be time to look at other aspects of those caches and see if a pattern emerges. I'm guessing there will be more archived caches to come.

I now longer live in the area, but still have a link to this board and the Facebook groups for the Bay area cachers I spotted a post about this and am glad Venona ha s been released by the CIA. I will try to contribute what I can from long distance.
