For those that cache webpages a quick refresh will reveal interesting changes to the site.

I'm so excited. I'm not much of a programmer/decrypter, but I really enjoy this. My 2 YO cracked a password at the gym today, so I'll see if she can help.

For those who aren't appreciative of the new look, use thegba.net without the www subdomain, like this. Looks like at least the header graphics and the forum style sheet are buggered if you use the URL with www.

(Edit) Urggggh. Looks like that little oversight has been corrected.

So let's post the link to the page, and the ciphertext here again, so people don't have to look back at the other thread:

And just to migrate the previous thread completely, The Rat pointed out Venona's new puzzle cache, GOLDEN KEY OF VENONA, and a couple people chimed in with a simple request:
For all you expert code breakers and programmers out there, please give us "stupid Americans" a running commentary in English, not jargon.

Hmm... to me it seems, learn to fix the caps-lock key the small-brain Venona can not. Or only to shout, perhaps he likes. Hmmmmmm?

Let's not forget the golden key:
45402788931103
in hex:
0x294b291b261f

The first text doesn't start with the "salted" the way many of last year's texts started.

In Firefox, click on the "View" menu and select "Page Style" -> "No Style". Much better.

Well I'm a hardware guy so you'll need to be patient but if someone can point me to the right file in cpanel I can take a shot at fixing it up. Otherwise you'll have to go with the ottlet fix.
